Amazing agency! It’s the first one real estate in Amsterdam with people first approach. Highly recommend!

A1 Executive Estate was an excellent choice for my family and me, as expats, we were worried about finding a right place to rent, and Hella the manager of the agency was a lot of help of the process, she guided us through the whole process since viewing the apartment to getting the keys of the apartment, the process was fast and she was pending of everything, honestly I just had to sign the contract. I was fortunate to found her. I totally recommend her and her agency.

Thanks to A1EE and especially Hella, we have got our place in a very short period of time (1 week). It was just close to impossible. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we view the desired properties; and walked us through the important details as well as giving us valuable feedback on which one should be most suitable to our situation. Next to that, her team helped us out on arranging the utilities and even negotiating a deposit amount that satisfied both the landlord and ourselves. The landlord is also very responsive and helpful to resolve any complaint we had. A very satisfying experience with A1 and with the landlord they represent. Professional, prompt, and all about service!

Hella and team did an excellent job in finding me an apartment. Very polite, very punctual and very professional. They also have owners who are very friendly and kind people, overall a great experience working with them. Would highly recommend them for any expats who are looking out for a home in a new country. Great job and keep up the good work!

Really helpful team. Made moving here really straightforward. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Amstelveen has come to an end a few weeks ago. Thanks to A1 Executive Estate (especially to agent Hella), we got our place very fast in the beginning in a beautiful location right next to the Amsterdamse Bos. We were very impressed and also were feeling secure when the agent went through the documents very thoroughly, pointed out important aspects, and walked us through each step of the process with great transparency. It was great additional consulting service to us, which is highly appreciated. She also listened to our wishes of an ideal place and tried to get the best outcome on our behalves. That is a very important factor to us personally. The check-out was also very structured, thorough, and fair. We met with very friendly staff, professional, and kind people from viewing to contracting as well as the admin personnel. Our special thanks to A1 Executive Estate for the excellent service. Wish you all success! Keep it up and stay healthy!

Thank you for a super service buying me my house in Amsterdam. You went overboard spending time for me and have indeed found out exactly what I was looking for in a property, within my budget. Cudos!!!

I forwarded a number of friends, they were very satisfied with their service. Fully recommendable.

We have done great business with A1 Executive Estate for over 10 years already and recommend them to anybody. They not only take care of tenants over and beyond, but take excellent care of the properties as well.

Hella really helped me out in a fantastic way. My appartment was rented out in less than two weeks to a nice family. All agreements where met and i got excellent support!!

I recommend A1 Executive Estate in Amsterdam to everyone, regardless of the location of the object to be rented or sold.

Mrs. Hella Contrucci is very competent and honest, who has a professional approach and was able to sell our house in a short time during a period when the housing market looked gloomy. She puts words into action and is an example of how things should be done in the world of real estate!

Hella was a fantastic help in a recent rental process…. very easy to deal with, practical, empathetic and commercially focused. Her customer service was excellent. I seriously recommend her.

We rented our apartment twice through A1, with no other than positive experiences: amazing speed (both times it was rented within 1 month), to reliable tenants, for a good price. We are very happy with this relationship and expect it to stay this way in the future.

Had a pleasant collaboration with the team of A1 Executive Estate. See you soon!

Thanks! I had an amazing experience with A1 Executive for renting a house and the process. Milan, Patricia you really responded very well. Your spontaneous responses and being sensitive to understand concerns have been really been commendable. Will always recommend you to my know and everyone.

The Team at the A1 Executive are just about as good as it gets. I have rented houses from various agents in the past but my experience with A1EE was really head and shoulders above the rest. Hella is always on her toes, super busy, still she finds time to reply to emails and phone calls. The team give you proper advise which can help you settle down better new country, new area, new house. They are sympathetic towards the needs of the tenants. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Very professional company. I received free explanation and assistance regarding mortgages in the Netherlands. Highly recommended

In December 2019 we rented an apartment in Amsterdam through A1EE and we handed over the apartment few days ago. Our experience with them was excellent! They offer the best apartments we have seen, in terms of quality, services, location, in addition to excellent client relations. Their agents are amazingly flexible and understanding. Our overall experience with our agent Hella and her colleague Byou was perfect! Good luck guys 🙏

Hella did a great job during the period that she was involved to sell our house in 2017. She was accurate, driven and punktual. Furthermore she arranged the best tenant who rented our house for a half year during the selling period. In the past we did business direct with tenants but unfortunately not with success. A1 Executive Estate is a serious rental company and real estate agent. You’re estate is in GOOD hands. Hella, it was a pleasure to work / do business with you! You earned the 5 stars with the fully credits for your service skills!

This is a really nice company. They are really professional and they helped me a lot to find my perfect home. When i moved out they returned my deposit within a week. Thank you A1 for the great service!

I’m really happy that i chose A1 to find me a house. They really listened to my wishes and found me the perfect home within a few days. The people who work there are really helpful and professional. I really recommend this company.

A1 Executive Estate was a great choice in January 2017, as expatriates, We was worried me and my wife about finding a good place to rent with a honest price, and after finding a house in the web ,we contacted Hella, the agency manager, She helped the process a lot. guided us through the process, from meeting with the owner (via skype), visiting the house until obtaining the keys, the process was really very fast and she was waiting for everything to make us satisfied, we appreciate that a lot. After 3 years living in this rent house , we were lucky to buy our house, obviously we contacted Hella for the final visit of the house ( check out ) and returned the keys, she promised us to return our deposit money back in one week, honestly, we received our deposit money on time like she promess. I highly recommend her .. Hella is a very professional woman, and I feel honored to meet her, … thanks Hella .
